The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our aftermarket team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the performance and reliability of our machines while building strong relationships with our global customers. As a Service Technician, you’ll contribute to delivering top-notch technical solutions that improve uptime and profitability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
Perform service and maintenance during off-peak seasons.
Deliver and provide training on new machines for both mechanics and operators.
Offer technical support to customers to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

A versatile technician with relevant qualifications in construction machinery, heavy vehicles, agriculture, automation, or similar fields. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
Strong skills and interest in electronics, control systems, and diagnostics.
A problem-solver who excels at troubleshooting and enjoys finding effective solutions.
Experience in training and leading technical courses is a plus.
Practical, organized, and proactive in your approach.

This position requires extensive travel across the globe, so fluency in English is essential. Candidates must also meet the Avinor/Swedish Transport Agency requirements for obtaining airport ID cards.
