Øveraasen becomes importer for Finnish STARK in Sweden and Norway As of October 1, 2025, Øveraasen Sverige AB, the Swedish subsidiary of Øveraasen AS, will be the importer for Finnish manufacturer STARK Lametal OY. The agreement gives Øveraasen full responsibility for sales, spare parts, support, and after-sales services for STARK’s entire product range in Sweden and Norway.
This strategic partnership is an important step in strengthening the position in the Nordic market for road and property maintenance. The goal is to combine STARK’s renowned quality products with Øveraasen’s local presence and market leading service.
The collaboration is founded on shared values of quality, long-term commitment, and customer focus. STARK is known for its robust and functional products, designed specifically for demanding Nordic conditions. Combined with Øveraasen’s deep expertise and established service network, the market gains an unbeatable total package.
STARK work equipment exports to Scandinavia will be significantly strengthened after STARK and Øveraasen signed an agreement to represent STARK attachments in Sweden and Norway.

Lapinlahti-based Lametal Oy manufactures and sells additional equipment for professional road maintenance and property maintenance under the STARK brand.
