Spring is coming to Antarctica

With new heat records in our part of the world, it`s hard to believe that there`s still plenty of snow and ice other places on the planet, but that`s the case at the base operated by the British Antarctic Survey (BAS) in the Antarctic.

For many years BAS has used several snow blowers and ploughs manufactured by Øveraasen in this very secluded area. We have also delivered snow blowers to both the Australian as well as the Norwegian bases in the Antarctic.
