Swedavia is during next week taking delivery of the first RS 400 Performance Line runway sweepers for Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The contract between Øveraasen AS and Swedavia was signed last year and in spite of the challenging Corona situation the machines are delivered before the winter season of 2020/2021. All together 20 units are going to be delivered this year.
Øveraasen have delivered 8 pcs. chemical sprayers and spreaders to Swedavia.
Øveraasen has recently established its own daughter company in Sweden. The company is established in Norrköping some 100 km south of Stockholm.
Øveraasen AS will this week deliver a monster of a snowblower to Hamburg Airport. This is not any type of machine, but by far the world's largest self-propelled snow blower.

The Aviation Snow Symposium in Buffalo, New York took place at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center April 27th – May 1st .
Representatives from HEAS/Sabiha Gökçen Airport has recently visited Øveraasen in Gjøvik to take delivery of the first two units of the runway sweeper RS 400. The FAT was very successful, and the machines are on their way to Istanbul in Turkey.
With new heat records in our part of the world, it`s hard to believe that there`s still plenty of snow and ice other places on the planet, but that`s the case at the base operated by the British Antarctic Survey (BAS) in the Antarctic.
The last machine shown on the photo was the last machine to be delivered to the German Air Force/Bundeswehr.
